Apparently, I was bored. It’s fun dressing up to avoid the current reality of our semi quarantine lives. Say hello to Panda Chun Li.

My first time attending the BMW Ultimate Test Drive event. It was really fun and got in 6 decent autocross laps. Just a reminder that I want to get back into the car industry and do more driving events. I can’t wait until I get my finances back in order in 2021 in order to […]

One of the subject ladies in my Porsche Women’s WhatsApp group mentioned about the Pink Car Meet. The Pink Car Meet was in Thousand Oaks, CA and the donations went to the local women’s shelter. Of course, I had to go to support this great cause. Great turnout and people as well.

Meal prepping is kind of fun. I know I will eventually get tired of it, especially standing for hours cooking rice, cutting chicken, peeling shrimp and etc. All I need to do now is stick to eating four meals a day, which is a lot for me. To be honest, I started meal prepping because […]

It took me 15 years and Daisy’s cancer and tumors diagnoses for me to take her to a pumpkin patch. I think its because I always had Cookie and did not want him to feel left out. I am not sure how much time I have left with Daisy so letting her live her best […]

YAS!! My vegetables are growing, got some lettuce, collard greens, basil, onions and more. The weather is getting colder, meaning rain and less water I will need to use to water the plants. Wohoo. Time to think/research vegetables and plants that will survive in the winter. Is it worth it to grow sweet potatoes?

George F. Canyon Hiking Trail is a little hidden gem in Palos Verdes. Although you can’t see the sunset from any where on the hiking trail, its a perfect place to go to avoid crowds of people. Given everything that has been going on, I saw only four people on this trail. Last time we […]

My tummy is happy seeing my fridge full. I’ve been having a mini relationship with Sears repair over the last few months because the fridge and freeze was not working properly. At last, it’s fixed. Thank God, grateful for the little things. Time to get back into the swing of eating normal instead of starving.

I am forever AMAZED at the beautiful sunsets I’ve seen these past couple of weeks. The world is changing rapidly and the weather and climate reflects it. I feel blessed everyday for my dog, family, friends, health and grateful for a good job. I wear this cute mask my cousin made to remind myself to […]

Happy 21st birthday bestie. I can’t believe we made this far in life and yet we are still friends. I vaguely recall the first day we met, you were trying to steal my fancy pens. From that point on I knew we were instantly friendly, we could steal together, I mean share memories together. I […]

My first time meal prepping. Thanks to Trinh and Peet for showing me the ropes. Now I know how to weight the appropriate grams of protein and rice for the four meals I will be eating daily. My daily calorie limit will be ~1,700/day. I am grateful for the help and glad to know it’s […]
